A headstrong young man gets his wings, fueled by coffee, laying the groundwork for a future coffee enterprise.
2025
The Highlands
We start flying directly to growers instead of buying through the brokers in port. Margins thin out. Coffee improves dramatically.
Today
Same plane, mostly.
Same crew, mostly. Still flying. Still roasting weekly. Still arguing about extraction times.
